retrying to create journal failed going from Cloud POS to Xero

System failed to upload to XERO  with the message Retrying to create journal failed. Specified method is not supported. Please contact Reckon Customer Service.
The last two uploads have failed and now one has been cancelled in error. How do I get that back in the system?
