reversing holiday pay and loading and adjusting back to study, leave without pay and normal hours

I have paid and employee 45 hours of holiday pay plus leave loading.
i need to reverse that and make it 9 hours study pay and 28.50 leave without pay and 7.5 normal hourly pay. 
how can i make this adjustment

    Namaste Sandya, oops you have made a mess of it. OK amend the pay to what it should be and then the difference in the net amount see as an advance to be repaid next pay. If you struggle call me on 0266 834083
