I have the email of a Technical support team leader and have emailed him about the issue, lets hope he is on his computer so we can resolve this issue satisfactorily and soon.

The support phone line has a recorded message saying they are closed.

Apparently the system is so good they don't need to provide support on the weekend.

That's a comforting thought as you sit and chew gum.

Yep, Another "Me too"!

Really boring.  Give up my weekend to come in and do some work...silly idea.

Even as a partner there is no one to answer the phone - very frustrating to have employee come in to work and be unable to do so.

When you call the Tech support phone number( 1902 223 101 ext 0 ) the message advises there will be a call charge of $4.90 + GST per minute.  We pay for a product which has continuing faults and then Reckon want to charge the customer for the fault.  Thankfully you dont make life support systems. Reckon get your act together and supply the customer the product they paid for! And by the way I have been waiting for 3 hours to use the Hosted product so should I charge you $970.00?
