According to several posts it is best to set up salaried employees as hourly employees for easier leave calculations. However, in doing this, the payslip shows hourly rate instead of annual salary. Is there a way to modify the payslip template in Reckon One?

Why dont you credit the 152 hours at the start of the year and just decrement it when they take leave?

Thank you Kevin. I'm just setting employees up and read that salaried employees should be set up hourly otherwise it can 'mess up' leave calculations.I haven't gone through the whole process of taking leave yet. I will see how your suggestion goes.

I think thats for the best. Its messy whatever way you do it. And it really comes down to the employment contract.
