Salary sacrificed super not showing as RESC on Reckon Payment Summary

I've entered a super amount that is fully salary sacrificed but it won't show as RESC on the Payment Summary

    Hi Gillian

    Welcome to Reckon Community.

    Please refer to the settings of salary sacrificed super item in payroll item. "Tax Tracking Type" needs to be setup as "None" to have amounts paid to appear in RESC on Payment Summary.

    Hi Suresh,

    I still can't get the super amount that is fully salary sacrificed to show as RESC on the Payment Summary.  Do I tick the "This is a pay period limit" box as the amount is only a one off.  Also do I tick a payroll item in the setting up?  I'd appreciate any help you can give.
