SalesIn integration with Reckon Desktop

Does anyone else use SalesIn with Reckon Accounts Desktop (I assume Hosted also would be the same)? Love the product and support from SalesIn, however have trouble with prices and rounding. For instance something that is $4.00 inc GST in Reckon, when sale is created in SalesIn 1 item is $4.00 but if you sell 2 items the price for each is $4.01. Or an item is $7.20 inc GST in Reckon but ends up $7.21 when the pricelist is imported to SalesIn. 
SalesIn tell me its a Reckon problem.
