same invoice 2 different totals

I am using Reckon Hosted. I created and printed an invoice last week . Reprinted it today and the amount is different. Have gone through both invoices and compared and they are exactly the same but different totals. any suggestions?

Are the totals significantly different?

Consider 'refreshing' the transaction by firstly removing the tax codes assigned to each line item, then saving the transaction, then adding the tax code and again saving the transaction.

Does that bring the total back to what you expect?

We also recommend that you perform a file integrity check.
