Same here your upgrade is a toatl down grade printing customers invoices is much too hard we get kicked off after 5 mins of inactivity and have to log on again which is time consuming in itself wait time on the phone are off the dial and emails just do not get answered

    Hi Steve. There's definitely been some teething problems today.

    On the point of inactivity the system is designed to only kick you out after two hours of inactivity. Hopefully it will settle down to that pattern soon.

    Sorry but this is not an answer we know there has been problems we are telling you that ,what is the FIX?? your teething problems are costing people money and time !!!
