saturday penalty rates on Payslips

FWA states that the extra 10% loading for hours worked on Saturday should be shown separate to the 25% loading for casuals. How does everyone set up this payroll item.
I have set up a casual loading rate to be worked out on all hours worked, but when I set up the one for Saturday loading, it only gives you the option for QTY or hours worked (which is all hours worked)

Hi Donna,
Thanks for asking.
There is no capacity in Reckon Accounts and its payslip to show a component of a payroll item. If you want the loading to show separately on the payslip then you'll need to have a separate payroll item for it, named appropriately.
regards,
John.

Hi Donna
I just had the same issue to deal with. I had to set up new payroll items for Saturday loading, Sunday loading and public holiday loading. Each one is set to Qty and the hours that apply need to be entered when doing the payrun. These payroll items are entered in the additional items box.
Hope this helps.
Bye
Glenda
