saving pdf

I am trying to save a purchase order (PDF) to My Docs. When downloaded the file states "Failed - No File". The file is displayed and able to be printed however not saved. I did not have this problem yesterday.

    Having the same problem if logged in through chrome
     If i load Reckon using Explorer is ok but have other problems
    I found the program works allot better using Chrome except for this problem
    I did contact Reckon, they could not help me .
    They said to reload adobe reader , that did not work
    If you find a fix please let me know

    My concern is that it was working last Tuesday, there is a work around however it adds a few more steps on top of extremely slow processing time

    I've had this problem using the Chrome browser and have only just solved it. Reset default settings in Chrome by going to Advanced Settings and click Reset browser settings.

    Thank you Lance  your fix by resetting the browser did the trick for me as well!!
