scanning problem

I have the same problem as a couple of earlier posts in regards to scanning receipts etc. into Personal Plus 2015.  The program just locks up and can't even get out of with Ctrl/Alt/Delete, I have to log out completely  Unlike the other posts, I am using an Epson 4990 scanner.  This is a serious problem and needs to be looked into..

Hey Carl,

Have you tried to scan the document at a lower dpi setting say 100 or below?

If that doesn't fix the issue; Can you try to running Reckon Accounts Personal Plus as an Administrator by right clicking on the Reckon Accounts shortcut icon and then selecting "Run as Administrator" and then attempt to scan directly again.

Updating Scanner drivers could also do the trick.
