When I open "schedule bills and deposits" the window comes up but is blank, it doesn't let me do anything. I then have to close the whole program after the message "quicken launcher is not responding". Everything else works as usual. My advantage membership has lapsed so I am asked to pay $ 4.90 per minute ! ($294 p/h) which I wouldn't mind paying if the problem is definitively fixed. I was told though I had to pay whether the problem was resolved or not. I have talked to Reckon technicians before and had a lot of trouble understanding them due to their accent which can double the time of a simple conversation ! I have used Quicken since 1992 but am feeling more and more frustrated.
