Using Reckon Accounts Hosted Edition 2017

Has anyone else experienced a scrolling problem in their item list of reckon? 

When typing a code for example the first 4 letters, the screen will roll through codes starting with each individual letter ending on the code that starts with the 4th letter, NOT the 4 lettered code you were after! It is impossible to arrive at the code you were after when this is happening. The only solution we have is to enter the desired code in a Sales Order highlight it & then "ctrl" "L" as you can imagine VERY frustrating!

We have had this problem for months now, randomly appearing & disappearing on various computers (we have 8 running on Reckon) with no consistency or apparent explanation.

Would be great to hear if anyone else has experienced anything similar.

Sounds like a strange problem Jane and not one that I've come across before.
So it comes and goes? ie it's not a consistent pattern or trend to it?

How large is your item list? Have you tried re-sorting the list before? If not, try that and see if there is any impact on this behaviour
