Search Community before making a post

It would be extremely helpful to not only Tech support but those of us trying to help the community for free and this critical time of the year, if you actually searched the community for a previous post of your same problem.

Like a lot, my community emails have gone crazy for the last 2 weeks, and most could have been avoided if a simple search was done.  It is also an extremely stressful time for us as well with our own businesses and clients.

So, so many of these questions, issues and the other have already been posted and answered.

I personally think I have answered the 'cant send payment summaries email' issue about 150 times, not to mention the repeated STP questions.

Can Support please put out a reminder for this across all areas of the forum.
