Selecting "LAUNCH ACCOUNTS 2018 R2" keep opening "Reckon Accounts Hosted Edition 2019"

Hi,

In the welcome to Reckon Accounts Hosted homepage, I can't open "Reckon Accounts Hosted Edition 2018" even by selecting "LAUNCH ACCOUNTS 2018 R2" in the welcome homepage. 

I have tried clearing my browser cache, restarting my computer and even using different browser.

Please advice.

Not sure which procedures fixed the problem, but I did the followings :-

1.  Making sure I had logged off all my sessions - got Admin to kick all my sessions;
2.  Got another user to login from my computer/browser under her username and open a file successfully under 2018 window;
3. Restart my computer; then I can login and open 2018 window.

Thanks Peter. 

I tried a few of those, then I found a guide to updating to the new version and it said to click on file and exit which worked. I was then able to open 2018.

Hope this helps anyone else having this problem.
