Selecting Pay Slips to Email but the selections are lost on the next screen "Select Forms to Send" - R

Using Reckon Accounts Premier I use to Select "Pay Slips to Email" make the date range this weeks pay date and then "Select All" payslips (usually 23), click OK and then the Screen "Select Forms to Send" comes up and instead of just showing the 23 previously selected payslips it brings up 112 so i have to "Select None" and then go through and individually select the 23 AGAIN.
I have been doing this for several months but just as i have recently had some queries answered well on this forum i should make the time to ask about this?

This is happening to me too.  Reckon Hosted.  I too select the date range in "Select Pay Slips", click OK, then the "Select Forms to Send" screen brings up hundreds of past pay slips.  Have to unselect all then go through individually to select the correct payslips. 

Hoping for an answer to this issue as to why the selection made in the "Select Pay Slips" screen does not filter through to the "Select Forms to Send" screen.  Thank you.

Hi Sandy, i never got a reply but finished up going through my list ( thankfully only about 80 ) and "Remove" each one, about 2 months ago and this seemed to have fixed the issue? 
Hopefully you get a better response/solution?
