Why can I print invoices but not email them?

I am able to print invoices but unable to print off payslips. We also are unable to email invoices.

Hi Karen,
Thank you for your post.
Do you get any error when printing or you can't see the payslips in the Payslip window when going for print?
If it's the above, then may be the employee is not set to print payslips and Payment Summaries.
Please do the following step to see if it resolves:- Go to Employee Center > Double click on Employee
- Go to Address and Contact tab > from the bottom right, select Both for Preferred Send Form Method
- ??Go back to printing payslip and see if that works
