Sending Invoices by Email

Am posting this problem again as I was notified that it's being archived - and yet I haven't seen a resolution in the 4 years since it was raised.
Sending Invoices by email

The last two months I have sent out invoices by email though Reckon and many did not receive them and I did not know that they had not received them causing a huge problem with cash flow etc.

My comment still applies. I have to BCC myself, however, this doesn't let me know if the email was sent successfully to my customer. Also, because the email comes through from accountshosted instead of my business name, it often ends up in a Junk or Spam folder. We need to be able to re-label the "sender" field to make it simple for my customer to search for my email. I am tired of having to explain this process to my customers and makes it sound like we are using a dinky Accounting package.
