My employer wants to start sending an additional document with the invoices via Hosted. Is there a way we can attach a document (Terms and Conditions) with the invoices sent?

Kellie. I don't believe so. But consider putting the terms in a pdf on a website and simply include a html link on the invoice. Easier to transmit, and clients can access when needed, rather than be cluttered by extra doc every email. Gary

Hi Kellie.  I tend to agree with Gary in that you cannot attach another document to your invoice.  However, I have an alternative suggestion to the one that Gary proposed.  I assume that you are using the "Send Forms" option from the "File" menu.  When you do that you are provided with an editable email which accompanies the invoice.  Have you thought about incorporating the Terms and Conditions in that accompanying email?  If you do that, the customer will always see those Terms and Conditions when they read the email.
