At this point in time we expect longer than normal wait times to get in touch with our Technical Support team. We apologise for any inconveniences this may cause.

At this point in time the expected wait time are;
  • Payroll: Approx 10 minutes.
  • Advantage: Approx 5 minutes.

This will be updated every 15-60 minutes depending on fluctuation of wait times.


During such peak call times, I would like to remind you that the Community is an alternative for your support queries. With no wait time in the queue, allowing you to do other work or simply just grab a coffee. For anything that isn't super urgent don't forget our support team is here until 8pm and weekends during this busy period.
