set a customized sales receipt as the default

When I open the "sales Receipt' form to reate a sales receipt, the template keeps coming up as the standard reckon receipt. I have a customized receipt that I want to use. Have been using for years in fact with no problem till this latest upgrade. Now, it reverts to teh reckon form every time I open the create sales receipt form. How do I fix this?

good luck with that. We have the same problem with ALL templates. Hope it gets fixed soon.
have you made the reckon standard one "inactive" then the first time  you save a sales receipt with your template is should remember it for next time
