Set up Intuit sync manager does not appear on File Menu

I am trying to sync with Tsheets but I don't have the option under the File Menu in Reckon Accounts Hosted 2015 to Set Up Intuit Sync Manager.

    i doubt if you are able to do this right now?. We are at this moment integrating to RAH with release of RAH API, with out MOBILE TIME SHEET. This mobile time sheet is actually full Reckon Time sheet with more advance features added into a mobile device. the desktop is already running , we should get full integration done by this end of month. check this site if you are keen:http://cosmicinnovations.com/mobiletsheet/

    I attended a Reckon run webinair last November which stated that Tsheets currently worked with Reckon.

    In reference to TSheets as per your query, the initial integration was with Reckon Accounts Desktop only.

    Please call the team at TSheets in Sydney on 1800 726 313 and they can advise on where the Hosted integration is currently placed (Sandy or Tony are best to update you). There is some good news for you there.

    At the moment users can download the hosted company file to desktop (we can provide a free copy of RA Enterprise desktop) at the end of every week for example, sync the file and then upload the file back to Hosted.

    This is far from perfect but will allow the business to keep using TSheets (or other add-ons for that matter) while the add-on developers come on board with their hosted integrations.

    nb. The ability to link to hosted was only released in late 2015 whereas the desktop link (SDK/API) has been available for many years. That being said we have several dev partners incl Chandra as noted above working with the Hosted API to provide both Desktop and Hosted integration options.

    Thks Jason , adding further , we are aggressively resolving API issue , we are desperately seeing to get this fixed . This mobile time sheet is full Reckon time sheet with additional features like backend control by the office or Admin staff and many more .     Apparently the 1800 number is designed to work in NZ. If it doesn't (I cannot confirm this) I have been advised for you to email help@tsheets.com and in the subject line please put ATTN Sandy - Reckon Accounts Hosted New Zealand Integration.

    In saying that, we have not released the Hosted API into production in NZ as yet, however it is not too far away. Apologies as I did not realise you were a NZ customer.
