Very disappointed to find out that Reckon team has put back the fix to being able to select our custom remittance advice as default. Having to select the correct remittance advice on printing/emailing is a nuisance and needs to be fixed. I was originally told it would be fixed in March.

Interesting.  I have been using Reckon/Quickbooks for quite a number of years and I thought that the Remittance Advice was the one form for which we could not set up a custom form at all.

You can't edit the DEFAULT one, but you can create a copy which you can edit to your liking (Lists -> Templates).

Sadly RA2016 again doesn't allow you to set which template you use for remittance advices, and instead defaults to the default ugly stock one! (same for payslips too). Forcing you to use the drop down box and change it EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU SEND A REMITTANCE.....

It was raised over here in the RA2016 thoughts thread that it still wasn't fixed this year round and requesting it for a few years now https://community.reckon.com/reckon/topics/reckon-accounts-2016-is-out-and-thoughts-so-far

I'm with you there Alison! So many little 'bugs' that we see daily/weekly in use that are not being fixed! Very disappointing indeed. Maybe on the paid RA2017 upgrade we might finally see it fixed ;)
