Setting up Salaried Employees

I have set it up 2 salaried employees exactly the way Reckon (and Reckon Support) have told me to and it's still not working.
I have entered the annual salary in the rate section and selected the Base rate checkbox. It is supposed to divide the salary according to the pay frequency of the employee and show under the Payrun... but its not.
It keeps automatically putting a '1' in 'Qty' in the Pay run so its paying out the whole years salary in one pay run.
Help!

Quantity of 1 and then the salary for that period.. However, sometimes instead of posting a question, try a few different alternatives. As soon as you said you put a quantity of 1 and the yearly salary, it was obvious what Reckon One would pay.0

Sorry I'm not sure what you mean... is that a question or a statement?
If you're asking me if I've tried alternatives, yes I have. I can't seem to find specific documentation of how to set up a salaried employee and the way Reckon support have told me to do it (as above) does not work. I'm not putting Qty 1 in, its entering it in automatically.
