Anyone have a solution for me, I have been on hold to technical support for 49 minutes so far :(

Hi Helen, 
Are you trying to install Reckon Accounts 2018 for the first time? Do you have any previous versions of Reckon Accounts installed on the same PC?

If so, can you please ensure that your current program is not running in the background during the installation process.

Firstly, reboot your PC prior to trying to install, then check your Task Manager that no Reckon Accounts services are running in background before initiating the install.
