I presume you're using 'class tracking'. You would then need to break up the pay as so many hours for one class and so many for the next class etc, The SG will then automatically follow into the correct class

Also on the Super Payroll item you would need to tick the box 'Track expenses by job'

I have set the class and the pay goes to the correct class but the super ends up in unclassified

I am using Reckon Hosted. Where is that I can set the SGC to a class when I am setting up an employee?

Payroll item setup for the super payroll item; tick the box 'Track expenses by job'

You may have to refresh the paycheque, ie go into the paycheque, move it off that super payroll item onto another and then back on which will then move it out of unclassified and into the class of choice
