short cuts not working

Has anyone lost their shortcut funcitionality in Reckon Hosted? If I press Cntrl+W for 'Write Chqs' it asks me if I want to leave the page now? Likewise if i press Cntrl + T for 'Memorised Transactions' is opens a new tab. It's basically using the windows short cuts as if it doesn't know I'm in Reckon Hosted? Interestingly Ctnrl + F for 'Find Transactions' & Cntrl + M for 'Save Memorised Transactions' still works ok.

Hi Lexiwoo. There are some old key combinations in the desktop version which no longer work under Hosted because such key combinations apparently now relate to some windows commands. The way to get to memorised transactions, if you are using teh Chrome Browser, is to use "ALT + L" (to bring us lists) then hit "M". It is rather annoying if one happens to have been using "CTRL T" for many years, but there is nothing that can be done about this. .
