Shortcut Keys not working on Reckon Accounts Hosted

Some users have reported difficulty using short cut keys in the new Reckon Accounts Hosted environment. In some cases this is a result of the browser not distinguishing the active area.

Before you use a shortcut key such as CTL+I, click inside the Reckon Accounts Hosted application first and then enter your shortcut.

We recommend  that you use the latest version of your browser.  If the problem persists, consider using the Chrome browser, as our user feedback suggests this browser has fewer issues.
