I have paychecks showing up as negative figures in my income by supplier reports. This doens't seem right to me. Perhaps I am doing something wrong that enables this to happen. anyone have any ideas?

Do you mean income by customer report?  Have you checked that you have employees listed as customers, suppliers or employees?

My apologies yes I mean income by customer reports and they are listed as employees not as customers or suppliers

Hi, would need to know how you entered the payroll.  Did you run pay employees?  I  tried and I could not make them show on that report for me.

Thanks, our employees are casual workers whom I pay using hourly pay which is attached to the expense account Payroll Expenses.
