Sick leave on payslip. A few of our employees has asked if we can put sick leave on payslip. I know it’s not a requirement to put on payslip but has anyone done this if so how I use Reckon Desktop

It's called personal leave now and yes you can modify the pay slip to do this. You can get access f4om the lists menu then templates and you can modify the existing or you can create your own

Further to Kevins instructions of how to put the Leave data field on the template, you will need to go to preferences > payroll & employees > company - and click on printing preferences, this will give you all the choices to print on the payslips including the leave.
Once you tick these leave boxes on printing and if you are using the reckon supplied template then this will automatically appear without creating a new template
