Hi there, I have just changed from Reckon Accounts Plus to Hosted and am having trouble with the BAS Report. Previously I would configure the Simplified BAS report and it would then process and pop up on my screen.  Now in Reckon Accounts Hosted, I dont get the finished BAS pop up and I don't know where to find it.  Please help.

    Hi Sonia

This is just a display thing & can occur on some monitors/laptop display configurations where the window is ‘hidden.’

Once you’ve generated - or refreshed/saved/updated - the Simplified BAS, if the window’s not popping up, pressing the PgUp / PgDn keys on your keyboard should display it   :)

Thanks Shaz, I had the PgUp / PgDn keys sorted to display it, it just wasnt bringing the figures with it.  I have since realised that after transfering from Accounts Plus to Accounts Hosted that I needed to go in and re-select G1, W1 etc codes. Thanks for your help.

Ah yes, you’ll just need to configure it again initially.

Although it should retain the configuration settings, I always “Save” the BAS Export File too, purely in order to “Open” it next time & just config the timeframes as this method also retains the label configs etc too    :)

Is there a "cheat" sheet somewhere to show which GST codes should be selected for each category (ie:  what should be selected at G1 etc)?
