Simplified BAS taking a long time to Configure

I am trying to Run the Simplified BAS and when Configuring the screen continues to say 'Building Report' but nothing happens. I have been waiting for 15 minutes for it to configure. It's normally really slow but not this slow. Does this happen to anyone else?
