Since update my screens don't fit...

Since Reckon updated a few nights ago, the screens don't fit properly.  So, I have to scroll down to save & close. When I have screens maximised, I can't access the close [x] button as it is off screen.  Just really annoying.  Are there any fixes?

Hi Clare,
Just checking, are your browser zoom settings all normal?

Can you post a screenshot of your fullscreen just so we can have a better idea of what you're viewing

Hi Rav
I am having the same screen issue at home... but all is ok in the office... will email screen dump when I get home tonight so that you can see what is happening... but I will also check browser zoom settings first!!

Thanks
Leonie

Sorry went away for a long weekend :)

Zoom setting is at 100%. Screen shot below - as you can see, I can't access the [x] to close the home screen.  It is the same regardless of what screen I have maximised.  Not a problem before the Reckon update...

Have changed zoom to 90% and screen now fits... Is that right though?  Anyway, can happily access my buttons now without having to scroll :)

Hi Rav

Any update on the problem of the screen not being seen fully on computer as it used to be prior to the upgrade?

Thanks
Leonie

Hi Susie,

There are a few threads about this but I'd recommend checking out the following two KB's as a starting point -

Unable to print from Chrome on Reckon Accounts Hosted

Unable to Print using Internet Explorer in Reckon Accounts Hosted, since latest update (Jan 2018)
