Since Updating to reckon account premier 2016 and updating tax tables, I am unable to save invoices

Since Updating to reckon account premier 2016 and updating tax tables, I am unable to save invoices as pdf. error -60 occurs. I am using outlook 2007. I have uninstalled the program spent 2 hours to advantage support but unable to resolve. My computer tech changed ports to test. I installed using Administrator. Hope someone can help.

    Very sorry to hear you're experiencing this problem, it does sound like a strange one.
    I've just been in touch with the Technical Support team around this and they will get in touch with you via phone call later today to assist and hopefully get this sorted out.
