We have been lodging STP for a full year but some reports have not processed. Error messages are "ATO sent the poll response but service failed to deserialise it" and "your nomination with the software provider may not contain correct software ID". 
Last report lodged was processed all ok.

How do we go back and correct the error reports??

    Hi Jan,
    If your latest pay event is successful then your YTD balances are correct and up to date. The previous events that resulted in errors cannot be removed or corrected, however in essence you already have corrected the error(s) since your subsequent pay events have been successful.
