No matter how many times I enter in my company information I keep getting an error message to say my details are incorrect - please help - what am I doing wrong???

Our issue was that our ABN number in the QB Company Information screen had 001.
We deleted this and reloaded the report and it worked.
We had previously changed addresses, font sizes etc.

Hi Dana,
You probably have, but have you registered the software and your company file with the ATO?
I was getting the problem but it turned out I had slept through that bit of the tutorial...
