Hi

I am contacting Reckon on behalf of two of my clients, both of which use 2019 Reckon Accounts Hosted and are trying to lodge STP through GovConnect. I have walked them through the whole process, confirmed the company info matches, ensured the employee info is all entered correctly and GovConnect is also setup. however when trying to lodge the STP file, it continues to say, "Validation Failed". This is starting to take up a significant amount of my/my clients time and I am hoping that someone may be able to assist to get this sorted.

    I’m sure you have but registered software ID with ATO?
