Single Touch Payroll EOFY problem

I thought that I had completed the Single Touch Payroll EOFY but according to the tax office I have not finalised it.I have deleted the original report and generated a new one, however when I try to send it I get the message
"ERROR An error occurred while processing your request or the page you last visited does not exist any more. Please return to the dashboard."
I am using Reckon One.
Can you help me?

Did you tick the final event in the final pay? We had all sorts of issues and eventually sorted it but was to do with ticking final event - adding programs (we moved to hosted) - check also that all addresses etc are correct. Again - Reckon is clunky and not user friendly.0
