Single Touch Payroll from Premier 2019 error

I am doing my first Single Touch Payroll from Premier 2019. It created the file, I logged in, clicked on Upload, a sign saying success appears at the top of the screen, but no details appear at the bottom. What's gone wrong?

Hi Lorelle, 

You may need to select 'Add product' and ensure the right product is selected before uploading. 
For example, if you have Reckon Accounts Premier, ensure you have 'Reckon Accounts Desktop' selected and not Payroll Premier or Hosted.

Thanks. That worked. Perhaps that choice needs to be changed to say Reckon Accounts Desktop/Reckon Accounts Premier.
