Single Touch Payroll - Google Authenticator

Every time I try to lodge my single touch payroll I have trouble with the Google Authenticator code saying that it is not valid.  Often I need to sync my Google Authenticator app but this time it hasn't worked.  Don't know what else I can do.  I am unable to lodge my payroll due to this.  Very frustrated every time I try to do this!!  Any advice on how I can lodge my single touch payroll please.

    Hi Linda,
    Are you using the Google Authenticator app on your phone or a browser extension?

    If its a phone, is your timezone settings set to Automatic?
