This error message specifically relates to an “Address” issue –
Either in the “Company Information” window or in one of the Employee’s records.
Ensure there are no special characters - or inadvertent spaces! - in
address fields, that the address lines are all the same format and that every
employee has a postcode with 4 digits (no more or no less).
Once you have done the above, you will need to re-save the NEW
STP file & then re-upload/lodge this in the Portal.
