Single Touch Payroll

Good morning

I am in ReckonOne and in my clients file when under the tab single touch payroll I click on the draft wages for the period. I then reviewed the wages determined they were correct then clicked Send to GovConnect. It runs for a while then the following appears:

Invalid Company Information provided. Please check your ABN/WPN, Company Name and Branch number match those set in Reckon GovConnect Single Touch Payroll for your company.

I check all the details listed in GovConnect against the book details and nothing they are all the same.
