When i first used STP i was asked if there was payment for work before 1st July 2019. I answered yes. for the work that was done in 24th June to 30th June. I paid that on the 4th July 2019

I entered the numbers for each individual employee.

However I am checking the Business portal ( -> manage employees->stp reporting) and it doesn't show the starting amount that i declared when i first used Reckon stp.. So for the first pay cycle its not reported to the ATO.

therefore at end of year the total reported to the ATO would be under-reported.

should I declare the wages like a regular pay cycle for the pay i did on 4th July 2019 because I want the wages that I paid on 4th July to be included in the 2020 end year Group Certificates.

Can I delete the "starting totals" that I declared in the app? If so how do i do that?

what is the significance of these starting totals if its not declared to the ATO?
