Single touch payroll comes up with failed to open subscription for a company

    Hi Rav, I had problem with submit STP
    It's show Error message in first payment.
    and I fix it and submit again that show another error message again
    they can't find the STP that i would like to replacement.
    now i have not Submit any STP success...
    Do I need to contact ATO?

    Hi Iceberries,
    It sounds like you are selecting Full File Replacement ie. to replace a previously submitted pay event file. However in this case, as you haven't had any successful pay events so there are no pay events to replace.

    If you've fixed the initial error, please export a normal pay event file and submit via GovConnect STP and it should go through fine provided there are no other issues that require attention.
