Since updating to Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2016 my program no longer makes any sounds, despite the sound check box being ticked in the setup options.

    Morning Lionel,

    Has this issue just started since the upgrade to 2016?
    Do all other programs still play sound successfully?

    Yes, the issue just started since the upgrade to 2016.
    Yes, all other programs still play sound successfully.
