Have been emailing statements successfully until now. Is there any reason why they arent working at the moment? Have tried 4 times in last 24 hours - not only does it create duplicates which need to be removed, they are not sending.
Hi Donna. There could be many reasons why your statements are not printing. This has been a "popular" over a period of time, but I cannot recall having seen anything in recent time. A search of this site, using key words, could enable you to find a fix for your problem. What I am going to do though is potentially provide you with a fix for the duplication problem. I had this problem some four or so weeks ago, after the Hosted update was rolled back. It only occurred for me with one company on one particular computer, with heavily customised pay slips. I eventually found a path which overcame this problem.
