I cannot send statements at the end of the month. Probasbly not the first time you are hearing this.
Is it a feature coming?

Statements doesn't exist in Reckon One.... Its been on the wishlist now for a few years, along with customisable invoices.

Hi Chris, Andrew,

Thanks for asking.

Yes, both Customisable Invoices and Statements are on the drawing board.  You'll see customisable Invoices first.

Reckon One is a system that is being regularly updated - about once a month at the moment.  Sometimes the update will be minor - small enhancements and fixes - and at other times there will will be a larger update.  Please watch out for our notifications.

John, seriously.... they both have been on the 'drawing board' now for 2 years. So this means nothing when you say this.

Does Reckon One have release notes and/or blog post for each 'regular update' released?

How do we as customers know what is changed and whats new?

Hi Andrew,

Hope your having a good week!

Reckon One is a fairly new product which isnt two years old yet. Remember most things start out small.

We always have Reckon Accounts Hosted which includes statements and a fully functional invoice template designer which clients can use in the meantime if they do require that functionality.

As I have mentioned in previous posts customisable invoices are at the top of the Reckon One roadmap due very soon.

I appreciate your feedback regarding release notes. I think its a great idea. I will talk to our community manager and product owners regarding this.

So how OLD is Reckon One? Reckon keep saying its a 'fairly new product', yes Reckon released a mark 2 product update a few months ago, but Reckon One has been around for 18+ months now. I think its time to remove the "fairly new product" claim.

Even Reckons own kbs from its release are from 2 years ago.

But please, correct me if I'm wrong. I'm all ears.......

Thanks Qwerty, was too lazy to google it. So 18 months old.....its time to drop the 'fairly new product' label and stop using it as a excuse for features that don't exist today.
