Status ERROR in STP since ReckonHosted Edition 2019

I am trying to submit pay runs into STP. Itsall fine, until I actually submit:I then get an Error message as status. This has happened to all the files since using ReckonHosted edition 2019 but did not happen whilst using reckon hosted 2018. Why would this be ?

When you click on the “detail “ which displays upload information can you see an error message/detail that might suggest the nature of the error?

I am having the same problem. The detail in the status is that my submission has been rejected by the ATO because I have not registered my software ID.  I have registered, twice,  and checked the Business Portal which shows it is active.  However I still can't get it to accept. HELP PLEASE!!
