I have set up a STP account but have made no reports or payroll runs. I notice the ABN showing is not correct . It starts with a 22 which is the ABN of my Trustee company. I need ito be the ABN of my Family Trust which will match the details on my activity statements. How do I do this?

Hi Steve,
I should be able to help you with this since there have been no submissions sent for this incorrect ABN.

Can you let me know the full ABN that is currently registered to your account.

Also, can you confirm that the email address for your STP account is the same email address registered to this Community account.

The email address is different to my community account.
I do not want to give it out on a public site.
The ABN is 22108894293. it should be 61258327961 to match my Activity statements.

Hi Steve,
Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.
I've removed the incorrect ABN from your account. What you need to do now is logout of your app account (Settings > Logout) and close the app in full ie. swipe it away from your running apps.

Open the app back up and login. It will take you through registering your ABN again. At this point, you'll be able to register your correct ABN.
