Hi Peter,
I've had a word with the support team this morning and I understand that Himanshu was assisting you previously and has asked for info from you, specifically a job export but he hasn't heard back as yet.

Can you please advise on this. Also, have you been in touch with the support team directly in regard to this issue as yet? What has been advised so far from the team?

No advice at all and 3 days last week couldn't even get through on the phone. Hope someone contacts ne tomorrow having medical treatment today.

I can't lodge my trust return too. 

Sent email to Reckon support (support@reckonelite.com.au) on 23/2/2018, no reply.  Emails resent on 5/3/2018 (support@reckonelite.com.au).  No reply, no ticket number.

Rang Support and they asked me to resent the email, resent the email on 16/3/2018 (support@reckon.com; elite@reckon.com; support@reckonelite.com.au), as at now still no reply, no ticket number?  What is happening?

Got my trust returns to validate thanks to a very helpful lady at Reckon. Now cant lodge 2016 trusts. Reckon say they can only lodge through PLS. Well the only options for 2016 trust returns are ELS or paper. The ATO told me to lodge by paper so maybe thry knew that the problems were endless.

One problem identified yesterday was that trust updates required different boxes to be completed that were never required before, but we were not told. So we get updates with no instructions ! They blamed the ATO.

My Reckon renewal month is next May, 2 months away. There are other software providers but they only migrate the front covers but better than reentering everything.

I lodged my outstanding 2017 tax return via PLS today after installed the Elite program update.  All good for me now!  It is frustrated that Reckon support did not reply at all.

I got my many 2016 trust returns lodged today. It us through PLS and initially wouldn't work but l found ALL taxpayer has signed bixes became unticked. They gave now gone through.

I have found Himanshu most supportive but wish there were others like him. A lovely lady helped yesterday so that makes 2 excellent staff but where ate the rest of are they critically understaffed?

I run 2 practices including the one l sold last June. That owner wants Reckon removed and not renewed in May. If the 2 people above leave we are buggered as l left MYOB years bacj and vowed to never repeat the folly of using them ever again.

The other practice principal wants to use Thompson Reuters TAX ASSISTANT program which as a special deal now, costs $700 for one practice and $1080 for 2 practices through to June 2019. They also offer free front page ITR migration which is an advantage. I may merge both practices as l am 74, and nay have to now to a modern 37 year old principal. I would miss Himanshu but not the Reckon issues. Maybe TR will grab Himanshu?
